The staff at the hotel were uber friendly. The toilet was clean and Japanese design. The toilet was separate to the bathroom, had to move from the bathroom to the toilet but didn't mind. The bathroom was ok, although needed revamping but was still clean. The bed was comfy and large enough for 2 people. Definitely a great choice as the other rooms are a tad smaller then the one we had, it was spacious enough to hold two large suitcases. The room itself was ok sized, we opted for the moderate room. We managed to see a lot of Tokyo so it was very handy to have the trains so close to the hotel. There were also shopping centers filled with restaurants and a convenience store all near the hotel, again 5 or so mins walk away. The hotel itself is situated in a very handy location with the trains just below and a 5 mins walk away. My husband and I stayed here during Christmas. Now that you’re level 160, and you have all the demons you need, feel free to fight Matador! It might take a little bit to learn his attack patterns and when you should use which moves, but once you get the hang of it, the fight should be very easy! After level 99, the new level won’t show, but he will still be able level up. However, Vishnu’s stats are still terrible.Ĭontinue grinding to ~level 160 to max out all of his stats. You should be able to one-hit matador with it, as well as most other things for a while. Once you have finished making your Sarutahiko, follow the fusion path below, and make sure to pass focus downĪt level 95, Vishnu learns Hades blast, a great physical attack skill, that deals plenty of damage, and has a good crit rate. You will have to grind a few more levels, but its not that bad. Now that you have a lot of skills at your hand to increase your chance at survival and focus to boost your attack power, you need an actual attack to hit Matador with! However, I personally recommend going for Sarutahiko to get focus, as he is easy to fuse into the next demon. The earliest you can get focus overall, though, is with Momunofu, who learns it innately (level 20).

Ingesting the magatama Kamudo (Purchased from the Junk shop in the Great underpass of Ginza)Īllows the Demi-fiend to learn Focus at level 23. Getting Focus early can be a little bit of a challenge, but a little bit of grinding will get you there. This not only saves you HP, but also makes many physical skills overshadow magical skills. I would recommend making a Nekomata due to its Force Resistance, which gives her a good advantage over Matador.įocus is one of the most useful skills in the game, as for only 5 MP, it makes the next physical attack you make deal 2.5x damage. Rakukaja is also very easy to get, as it is learned by Hua Po at level 9.įuse the Aquans and Hua Po to make a Kodama with Sukukaja and Rakukaja.ĭue to Kodama’s level you will need to fuse it into something higher level. Getting Sukukaja is very easy, just buy an Aquans in Ginza. The first buff you should get is Sukukaja, as without it, most of your attacks will miss.

I will not be focusing on debuffs in this guide, as buffs are just a lot better, but if you want to try and get debuffs for insurance, go ahead. Debuffs still will last you for your turn, meaning that if a demon moves first, its debuff will apply for the rest of your attacks until Matador casts Dekunda. Matador uses one of his press turns to cast Dekunda instead of attacking.Ģ. However, there are two benefits to using them:ġ. Especially with Matador, who can max his hit/evade rate in one press turn, this becomes essential.ĭebuffs in this fight aren’t very helpful, as Matador has Dekunda, which resets any debuffs he has. This is perfectly fine, and not something to worry about.įor good reason, many people give the advice to use buffs/debuffs. You might find that after using this guide, you are a bit over-leveled, making some parts of the rest of the game a bit easy. Make sure that you have the proper DLCs downloaded, as without them you might skip over fiend fights entirely. Feel free to use your own strategy if you like, but I find that this is almost a guaranteed way to win. This guide is dedicated to show one method to defeating him. Without being prepared, Matador can easily send you back to your previous save file. Matador is the first fiend you face, immediately after the Great Underpass of Ginza.
